It is 360 square feet; it has got 2 triple bedrooms and a big bathroom with a shower, a tub, and a bidet as well. Another bed is also available in the main living area for another guest.

The kitchen is fully equipped with satellite TV, gas stove, refrigerator washing machine, fireplace and it is surrounded by a big garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the Umbrian hills.

You can also enjoy the organic fruit of our garden and pick it up directly from the trees. Or enjoy the fresh air during a barbeque dinner under the stars.
